Top 5 Cereals as a 90's Kid!

Growing up as a 90's kid was one of the highlights of my life, one of my favorite memories were watching Saturday morning cartoons while chomping down on some delicious cereal. Not to mention the cool toys stored inside for your family to fight over. This list is by no means ordered by favorite, as my cereals would often change weekly depending on my craving, but the super 5 were always there waiting for me.

Fruity Pebbles

"I'm Rapmaster Barney and I'm here to say, I love Fruity Pebbles in a major way!" If I had to choose this one would probably be my favorite on this list. The fruity sugary crisp of every bite takes me right back to my childhood whenever I dive into a bowl.

Cinnamon Toast Crunch

"The taste you can see!" Ive been eating this cereal for as long as I can remember. The cereal consists of small squares covered with cinnamon and sugar that provide a great crunch while eating.

 Honey Smacks

Dig'Em the Frog says, "Honey Smack'en Good!" Call them what you will Smacks, Honey Smacks, Sugar Smacks there is no doubt these tasty little puffs pack a delicious honey bite. Ive always been thrown off by the frog mascot named Dig'Em Frog, but I guess they had to go with that because the Bee was already taken.

Trix

"Silly Rabbit, Trix Are For Kids!" Another breakfast cereal that had that fruity sugary taste I loved. Though it was not as light as Fruity Pebbles it did pack a crunch which was one of the other necessities of a good breakfast cereal. I still don't know why they had to go away from the fruit shapes.

Pops

"Gotta Have My Pops!" I don't know why but there was always something so satisfying about opening a new bag of pops. Maybe it was the fact that they came in a space age freshness bag. These crunchy sweetened popped-up corn cereal were in a league of there own I would always turn to these if I was not feeling the fruity/sugary cereal.
